1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or utilizing the services of Bless Beauty and Spa (located at 160 Cornerbrook Common NE, Calgary), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Appointments, Cancellations, and Late Arrivals

We value your time and the time of our staff. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we enforce the following policies:

• Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated short-notice cancellations or "no-shows" may require a deposit for future bookings.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next scheduled client. You will still be responsible for the full cost of the originally booked service.
• Right to Reschedule: If you arrive significantly late (typically more than 15 minutes), we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

3. Health, Safety & Allergies

Your well-being is our top priority. It is your responsibility to inform your esthetician or massage therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or pregnancies prior to your treatment. Bless Beauty and Spa is not liable for adverse reactions to treatments or products if prior medical conditions or allergies were not disclosed.

4. Direct Billing & Payments

We are proud to offer Direct Billing for eligible Therapeutic Massage services. Please note the following terms regarding payments:

• Direct Billing: Direct billing is provided as a courtesy. If your insurance provider denies the claim, partially covers the claim, or if the billing portal is experiencing technical difficulties, you are legally responsible for paying the full balance at the time of service.
• Payments: All non-insured services must be paid in full at the completion of your appointment. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of your booking will always be honored.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds on rendered services. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can address your concerns immediately. Unopened retail products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We strive to maintain a safe, relaxing, and professional environment for both our clients and our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, intoxication, harassment, or failure to comply with our health and safety policies.
